The Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing productive and friendly relationships with existing and prospective agencies in the state of New Hampshire. Job functions including visiting current agencies, presenting company products and philosophies, prospecting and qualifying new agencies, negotiating and monitoring agency business plans and managing profitable growth, identifying agency concerns and managing their resolutions and developing competitor information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education Required:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the New Hampshire auto market and possess demonstrated relationships with the New Hampshire agent/broker community. In addition, the individual will posses excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
At a minimum, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
· 3 years experience in a marketing, underwriting, claims and/or agency environment
· A four year college degree
· Must hold a valid drivers license
