Full-time Risk Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Risk Management Team. Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity available for a Risk Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company.

Provide effective communication and direction to General Managers and Guests regarding general insurance and claims issues.
Reduce claims cost through proactive investigation of losses.
Support Restaurant Operations by providing quick responses on certificates of insurance, claims issues, timely contact with Guest Claimants.
Enter new claims, file set up and gather loss information.
Investigate and collect claims evidence as appropriate.
Answer calls/emails and respond timely to internal and external customers.
Maintain accurate dairy on claims files activities with detail and accuracy.
Document claim file activities with detail and accuracy.
Request, track and maintain Certificate of Insurance.
Sort, distribute and file department mail including time sensitive legal and regulatory documents.
Review and process various payment invoices timely.
Performs other additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience.
One year experience in claims and insurance a plus.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of insurance, claims, and restaurant operations preferred.
Must have strong follow-through and the ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
24 hour response time to Operations, Guests Claimants and Providers.
Achieve 85% or more positive feedback from Operation Leaders and other service providers.
Timely file set up (24 hours), collection of evidence on Claims, 100% accuracy on payments.
Effective project management that deliver results in a timely manner.
