Full-time Associate Client Specialist - Midwest Group

We are looking for an Associate Client Specialist to work in our Midwest Group in Glenview, IL.

Position Summary:
Manages and/or performs the daily fulfillment of service requirements for select accounts or assists a Senior Specialist in the support of a complex or highly active account. This is achieved through effective communication and partnership with internal and outsourced ACS colleagues. Alone or in partnership with a senior specialist must ensure the fulfillment is executed with the highest degree of accuracy, according to established timeframes and within the standards required to meet all compliance and control guidelines. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Client Service Unit, but is required to follow the direction of a senior staff member and maintain effective and productive relationships with both internal and external clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with field office to provide daily service to commercial clients including certificates of insurance, auto id cards, invoices, and surplus lines filings.
Operate according to established processes and procedures and keeps track of these as they evolve.
Keep internal systems accurate and current to ensure client deliverables are satisfactory.
Resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Aon Client Service delivery (e.g. output delivery, basic invoice inquiries, etc.) and refers more complex inquiries to senior team members.
Organize or assist senior team members with the preparation of renewals and assist the distribution team with the delivery of relevant outputs
Communicate effectively with clients, field office, and colleagues in both written and verbal format.
Help colleagues troubleshoot and resolve basic client issues around deliverables.
With assistance from senior team members address and complete special client projects. Participate in office and client visits (some light travel may be required)

Required Skills and Experience:
Must have at least 1-2 years experience working in an office environment (preferably insurance) and/or a BA in Risk Insurance Management a plus
Proven communication skills.
Ability to manage time and to prioritize work.
Experience with Excel Speadsheets and MS Office as well as ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
Successfully operates in a fast-paced output driven environment that requires staff members to multi-task.
Must obtain or maintain appropriate broker license
Familiarity with commercial insurance (Property & Casualty) a plus.
