Chubb is currently seeking a skilled Work Control Associate to join our team in Whitehouse Station, NJ. The Work Control Associate will be part of the Centralized Service Department.

Competencies & Skills Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple activities concurrently
• Ability to work independently yet collaborate with internal and external partners in a team setting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Thorough understanding of Customer Service Center and CPI business objectives (a plus)
• Solid PC skills including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Right Fax
• Ability to successfully achieve business results
• Knowledge of MSI, Priority Rating software and Chubb Non-Masterpiece inquiry systems such as autoinq, hoinq, billinq and eprem (a plus)
• Knowledge of Non-Masterpiece workflows and website information (a plus)
• Working knowledge of CPI Imaging (a plus)
• Knowledge of Off the Risk (OTR) and Do Not Renew (DNR) requirements (a plus)

Job Description:
The Work Control Associate is responsible for ensuring that all incoming transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner to meet the established department service and accuracy goals. The Work Control Associate is responsible for reviewing, screening and forwarding incoming newline, endorsement and cancellation requests received via mail, fax and email to the proper processing area within two business days of receipts. The Work Control Associate will screen all receipts for underwriting non-concurrent conditions and forward to underwriting when applicable. The Associate will also screen all requests to ensure that all pertinent information is included and will contact the requestor when information is omitted. The individual will act as a resource to both internal and external customer groups and may participate on other projects based on business needs. Additional responsibilities include:
• Ordering of Motor Vehicle Reports, Additional Driver Discovery and other reports
• Screening manually issued renewal policies for non-concurrent underwriting criteria and forwarding them to underwriting when applicable
• Adherence to state and department workflows to ensure state audit compliance and customer retention
• Updating all required transaction logs in Access database
• Meeting established service, productivity and accuracy goals to support CPI’s business goals and objectives
• Assisting other areas within the Centralized Service Department such as Quoting and Phone Service
