Chubb is currently seeking a Part-time Billing Services Associate to join our team in Whitehouse Station, NJ. This position will be part of our Customer Care Team (CCT) and will work 19 hours per week once training is complete. Prior call center experience is needed and previous billing experience is helpful.

Position Description:
The CCT Billing Services Associate will be responsible for providing superior service to internal and external (agents, mortgagees) customers, within our Billing and eCommerce (Insured only) Platforms. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must have the ability to handle a high volume of telephone inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Representative may serve as a resource for answering questions and for initiating research when necessary, to help drive One Call Resolution. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as the point of contact between customers and the units within CCT/Billing Services.
This is a part time position...hours can be discussed. Typically, we require no more than 19 hours per week.

• Chubb Masterpiece or Billing experience a plus; but not required
• Additional knowledge of Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes is beneficial
• Ability to learn new technologies, workflows and system upgrades quickly and efficiently
• Candidate must be PC and Internet Savvy and competent
